How to prep for a professional house wash?

Prepping for a house wash is very simple and easy. It is always best to take down any decorations or furniture blocking access to the siding. When we are washing a house we prefer a clear and easily to access path to the surface of your house as this allows us to ensure a 100% spot free finish.

Also ensure that all electrical outlets are properly covered and protected.

How Often Do You Recommend washing a house?

We typically recommend washing your houses siding once every two years. This is an average time frame before you begin to see green algae come back.
